A new multi-family office business targeting the ultra-high net-worth sector has officially launched after a year of preparatory work.
Perth -based Famille Capital has been set up by Andrew Hagger, a former chief executive of MLC and more recently chief executive of Dr Andrew Forrest’s family office Tattarang.
Former Tattarang chief operating officer Stephen Daly is chief executive of Famille and former JPMorgan investment banker Alex Nikov is a managing director.
Former Reserve Bank deputy governor Guy Debelle, who worked at Forrest’s Fortescue Future Industies, is chair of Famille Capital’s advisory panel. Jenny Wheatley, chief executive of the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and J.B. Fairfax family office, Cambooya, is a member of the panel.
Among its services, Famille offers advice on private capital investments and sales.
The firm has already completed four deals for four different high net-worth families, Hagger, the firm’s executive chair, said.
